Book Deposit Rules

 

1.        The members should be held responsible for the rules and should be abided by the rules of central library.

2.        The books will be given on 1.5 (One and a half) suffix repeat as per the amount charge table.

3.        The members should collect the receipt of the deposit duly signed from the concerning clerk/librarian.

4.        The members should return the books given on deposit within 15 days.

5.        If a member does not return the books within given time, he will be charged 20% of the deposit as library dues in amount.

6.        The members can renew the books given on deposit.

7.        The amount of the deposit will be returned fully, if the members returned the books within time.

8.        If a member does not return the books given on deposit within 100 days of the issue, it will be considered as loss of library property and the    amount of the deposit will be seized.

9.        The members should keep their own identity cards while issuing the books on deposit.

10.      The members should give the detail information required for filling application forms.
