RULES & REGULATIONS / INSTRUCTIONS

1.      Study/Reading Room is kept open from 07:30 AM to 06:00 PM on all working days.

2.      Entry in study room is permitted to the college students only.

3.      All the users should enter their names in USERS DATA REGISTER while entering in the room.

4.      Use of MOBILE PHONES inside the library is strictly prohibited.

5.      The library staff is authorized to examine, check the college identity cards.

6.      Personal books are not allowed inside the library. Students can borrow textbooks, reference books, journals Question Paper Sets etc., on the provision of their respective Identity Cards.

7.      Silence, Cleanliness and Discipline should be strictly maintained in the library premises.

8.      Making changes in seating arrangement shall lead to disciplinary and punitive action.

9.      Books/Newspapers/Study materials issued in the study room will have to be returned before leaving the room, otherwise a fine of Rs. 10/- per day per material will be charged as per the library rules.

10.  Talking loudly, unnecessary conversations, spitting, eating food or any other tobacco material like gutkhas etc., sleeping, smoking or any behavior calculated to disturb others in the library and its discipline shall lead to disciplinary action.

11.  Indiscipline/Misbehaviour/making noise/ringing mobile tones/or any other misuse of library property will be held liable for disciplinary action.

12.  Violation of any of these rules will call for punitive action against the erring students.
